Describe your childhood/growing up years (8-13 years old):
My growing up years have molded me into who I am today - a woman who has a great sense of love and responsibility when it comes to taking care of my surroundings, especially of the people, the animals, and the plants around me. Our parents have taught us the value of loving the latter. With this, I am always able to partake in programs that take care of the floras and the faunas.

What lessons did you learn from your childhood/growing years?
I have learned how to love and give without asking for anything in return. We were taught to be grateful and content with what we have, no matter how big or small they may be. And one of the lessons I have learned, and is still learning, is having huge faith despite every chaos.

Most memorable moment:
My most memorable experience was when I did some farming and tree planting for the very first time, on a mountain somewhere in Porac, Pampanga. It was raining during that time thus, the pavement was somehow slippery and it was dangerous. But the experience was so worth it because I was able to do what I love doing - giving back to Mother Earth while taking care of her by any means.

Why do you want to be Miss Philippines Earth?
To be a beauty queen has always been my greatest dream. Likewise, environmental conservation has always been my passion since I was young, with the influence of my grandparents and parents. I believe that when one’s greatest dream and passion come together, it will definitely be a very powerful tool in influencing a lot of people and in order to make a great yet positive impact.

Furthermore, this is my first and last national pageant. I carefully thought of Miss Philippines Earth because deep down in my heart, with my passion and advocacy, I know that this is where I truly belong. And with that, I could definitely be a great Earth Warrior to the organization.

What is your environmental advocacy and why did you choose this?
My chosen advocacy is Environmental Conservation

With the influence of my grandfather growing up in terms of planting and taking good care of such, street sweeping, and being responsible with our own trash, my passion for Environmental Conservation had grown and had become more relevant. Basically, I was born and raised to have this natural but extraordinary love for the environment.

I love how my city, Las Pinas, continuously preserves all the numerous trees, plants, and even some farms, which I truly love the most, while being a first-class yet highly urbanized city. Through proper practice of Environmental Conservation, our city has been able to prioritize projects concerning the environment and its sustainability for future generations.

What tip can you share to promote eco-tourism in your City or Municipality?
Since Las Piñas was awarded as cleanest city for three consecutive years and gained recognition as the United Nations Awardee on Environmental Program, as a Las Piñero, it is my utmost duty to lead by example.

The simplest and easiest tip that I can give to my fellow Las Piñeros and Filipinos, as well, is responsible segregation of waste/simple waste management programs. People must be responsible in throwing their trash in proper bins e.g. non-biodegradable and biodegradable. Because improper handling or throwing of trash has a big impact when it comes to the betterment of the environment. It might impact the air we breathe, specifically our health.
