Describe your childhood/growing up years (8-13 years old):
I describe it as a hectic phase of my life. Growing up without my parents, I have to shoulder myself emotionally, mentally, and financially in order for me and my siblings to survive. I never had anger planted toward my parents since I understand the rough situation we’ve had. They have to work hard for my oldest sister’s surgery and medication since she suffered from a heart problem. However, despite those obstacles in my life, it still gives me a smile on my face every time I think about that situation because I realized how far I and my family have become.

What lessons did you learn from your childhood/growing years?
I've learned a lot of things, I've learned that not every child is fortunate to have their parents with them and that we have to help those children, especially if they are our relatives to at least support them instead of treating them badly. Because aged 8-13 years was a very critical phase in life, this is the time when we are curious, it's the time where we have to know what's right or wrong, and the time where we become more aware of reality. What I also learned is to travel from city to city by myself and without money by the age of 8.

Most memorable moment:
I think my most memorable moment was my first pageant in my Barangay. I would dare to spend all of my money just to experience the same thrill and have that amount of adrenaline again. Pageantry never crossed my mind not until my cousins pushed me to join. When I joined my first pageant, I unexpectedly won and it was definitely a memorable moment in my life.

Why do you want to be Miss Philippines Earth?
I believe that joining this platform will allow me to speak not just for myself but for everyone who needs a voice. I'm very worried about Earth's current situation and I think becoming Ms. Philippines Earth will widen my voice and influence the world.

What is your environmental advocacy and why did you choose this?
My environmental advocacy is to promote ecological restoration. Since the world is pushing urbanization, it has caused huge damage to the environment, increased pollution to the surroundings, and habitat and agriculture loss. Ecological restoration is the solution that I would like to push and amplify. If the people would take steps in ecological restoration, it would reduce pollution and improve the agricultural land and contribute to sustainable agriculture.

What tip can you share to promote eco-tourism in your City or Municipality?
Since this generation is inclined toward digital media, it is very much a good way to strategize promoting eco-tourism by posting eco-tourist spots for the netizens to see how beautiful nature is and motivate them to help the earth from global warming and preserve our mother earth.
