Describe your childhood/growing up years (8-13 years old):
Throughout my childhood I have always been shy. That is why I always kept myself busy with school, sports, and learning to play instruments. I believe that although being timid held me back sometimes, it has also helped me be conservative in appropriate situations.

What lessons did you learn from your childhood/growing years?
The lessons that stood out from those that I have learned during my childhood years are to always be true to yourself and to be patient. It’s important to live our lives the way we want it, but we must live it in the right way and in the right manner.

Most memorable moment:
My most memorable moment is moving to the Philippines from Australia. This move has definitely changed my life dramatically. It helped me to broaden my eyes to a new culture and a new society. I believe that this move has helped me become more confident in myself and continually develop for the better every single day.

Why do you want to be Miss Philippines Earth 2019?
Having lived in an area stricken by Super typhoon Yolanda has been an eye opener for me to be the voice that will raise awareness for everyone to truly care for and save our environment. Pageants like this is are a good platform which can be my step to represent my region and the world. Knowing how beauty queens influence our community, being Miss Philippines Earth would bolster my advocacy in saving Mother Earth.

What is your environmental advocacy and why did you choose this?
My environmental advocacy is to promote a cleaner environment, not only for our health and safety, but also for future generations. This can be achieved by re-calibrating and revisiting the need to properly dispose our trash, which is very basic but people tend to disregard. It is also part of my environmental advocacy to see our community with zero plastic usage. If people will truly understand and learn to dispose their trash properly and avoid using plastic, Mother Earth would be saved from unnecessary trash disposal which will eventually have a viable long-term effect and will benefit future generations.
